I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The property was beautiful and the view was absolutely amazing. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the thermal springs and a cozy town. The facilities were excellent, especially the gorgeous thermal pool that was both indoors and outdoors. It was fabulous! The staff at the reception were friendly and welcoming. Parking was easy, and the hotel was not crowded, so I got to enjoy the pool without any issues.

It was located at the entrance to the town of Pammukale; three kilometers from Hieropolis and the mineral deposits; view of the surrounding area was beautiful; two kilometers from city center and shopping; staff were extremely polite/helpful; spa treatments/thermal pool had a little something for everybody

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the late check-in time and the hotel's focus on tour groups rather than individual guests, the thermal pool truly made up for it. It was a fantastic way to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of the area.

The waters of the thermal pool had a restorative and healing effect.It was wonderful to swim in the warm waters under the stars.

The room was very plain. There was a unsuitable choice of music at breakfast. The buffet could have been more varied. The spa was too cold.

I read many bad reviews about this hotel, but I had great time in this hotel. It had good swimming pool, but spa was too old. the room was quite good, clean. Food is not bad... anyway it was good to stay.

Our stay was enjoyable due to the comfortable beds and clean rooms. The breakfast had an impressive array of options and was included in our package. The hotel was near to the main attractions, making it a convenient location for tourists.

The furnishings were dated and could use some updating. The staff seemed overwhelmed and could have been more helpful in answering our questions.

The pool is very lovely. The hot thermal mineral water is relaxing, the hotel is very clan and the breakfast is generous.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel. The exclusive amenities like the outdoor swimming pool, sauna, and Turkish bath really made us feel pampered. The spa treatments were absolutely amazing and we left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The location was tranquil and ideal for a peaceful retreat.

We did notice that the service was a little slow at times, especially during peak hours at the restaurant. It was a minor issue though, as the high-end food and beautiful ambience more than made up for it.
